Iced Chocolate 2026

A firm favourite here at the factory as well as round the corner at our shop, especially as the weather gets warmer!

We felt that our Iced Chocolate deserved some small changes to reflect how delicious it is, so we have updated the name from Choco M*lk, and gave it a slight visual refresh. Both of these changes allow the product to shine and align more closely with our Hot Chocolate range.

Additionally, we have improved the recipe to make the most perfect serve every time. We found that the original method of steaming the milk and flakes, then pouring over ice, required a lot of stirring to cool it down. The new method involves making a smooth chocolate concentrate with the flakes and boiling water, whisking until smooth, then pouring directly over cold milk and ice. The result is a properly cold, rich, and intensely chocolatey drink that your customers will absolutely love.

It's also easy to batch-prep the chocolate mixture - we have been using a squeezy bottle in the shop and find that it lasts 3-4 hours out of the fridge. Super useful for those busy summer days!
