Our cocoa nibs have been lightly roasted and have had the husks removed.
Cocoa nibs are full of flavour and have powerful nutritional benefits. They are rich in amazing nutrients such as minerals (magnesium, iron, copper, manganese, zinc), fibre, proteins, flavonoid antioxidants (which studies show lowers the risk of heart disease and cancers!) and theobromine (a known mood and energy booster).
These nibs have a rich chocolate and nutty tone. They are fantastic on their own, in smoothies, granola or through any dessert for a 'choc-chip' crunch!
